Overall the guys were very professional & did excellent work, but there are 3 areas that were under-served:
1. The hall bathroom has zero water flow at the Sink & Tub; toilet is very slow to refill tank. I was able to clear the sludge @ the sink nozzle but not the tube nor the hand wand; both are unusable now.
2. The 4th en suite bathroom similarly has zero water flow at the Sink & Shower and again toilet is slow to refill tank.
I feel that flow in these 2 zones should have been verified to conclude the installation.
3. The Hot water is only Luke-warm, reaching a max temp at MBR shower head of only 102 F, certainly not up to suitable domestic and prior use max temp of up to 120 F. Again, I believe that this should have been verified to complete the installation.
Taken together, I feel that Christian should make a return visit to return these conditions to prior working conditions at No Additional Charge.

I came home from a very stressful day with a sick child and found water dripping through our ceiling into our dining room. My first call was to Christian because we just had a great experience when we had an electric issue and were very happy with our technician (Aaron). Anyway, despite the fact it was 3:30, you were still able to get a plumber (Ricky) to the house within an hour and 15 minutes. Ricky was outstanding. Not only was he patient with my frustration over the leak but he also figured out the cause and took the time to teach me what to do in similar situations. Ricky presented the options to fix the problem and was very kind while I asked questions and figured out what would work for us. I really can not say enough about the patience, knowledge and kindness he brought to the situation – if we have an issue in the future I will absolutely ask for Ricky. Thank you!
